    This auction is for NEW TEN Brand Unknown Possibly Collections Large Size Archival Currency Sleeve-Large U.S. Bills.  NO BILLS, just currency sleeve.  None of these were in a package but they look and feel like the Collections fractional sleeves, just larger.  This currency sleeve is three and one-half (3-1/2) inches by eight (8) inches, these currency sleeves
    are semi-rigid, open on the long side and
