This book is in Mint condition brand new and the book has never been opened.  The back is new and stiff and the front and back covers lay perfectly flat.  There are no creases of folds of any kind to be found.
There is a small tear at the middle of the front page at the bottom probably from setting it in a book shelf on an angle.
